10 Heavy Duty Online Sales Grabbers (Part 2)

This is part 2 continued from yesterday.

They are:

3.  Attract a lot more customers by giving them clear
ordering instructions. Give them all the information
they need so they can complete their order easily.

This is very important to head off complaints.

Go to several of your favorite shopping sites. Make a note of how thier ordering is formated. Is their gaps in the information? Can you make an inteligent desicion to buy?

How about once the order is placed. Are you given a confirmation number or receipt?

4.  Give your customers buying incentives so they'll
make repeat purchases. Offer them discounts, free
gifts, bonus points, etc.

If you have an online business, get some private-label (PL) material you can offer that gives you resale rights or give them a discount on a fellow store owners' items.

As [tag-tec]Brian Tracy[/tag-tec] has taught me, our job is to get and KEEP a customer. Do everything you can to get them thinking they would never want to shop with you again.

See you next time…

Quote of the Day:

“When you become detached mentally from yourself and
concentrate on helping other people with their
difficulties, you will be able to cope with your own more
effectively. Somehow, the act of self-giving is a personal
power-releasing factor.” — Norman Vincent Peale
